Quick bio:
Since 2011, I am a CNRS research staff member in the Heudiasyc laboratory of Université de Technologie de Compiègne. In 2010, I was a postdoctoral fellow of the LISA Laboratory of Université de Montréal. I got my PhD in Machine Learning from Université Pierre & Marie Curie in early 2010. My thesis was prepared in the DAPA department of the Computer Science Laboratory (LIP6) of Université Pierre & Marie Curie in Paris and funded by the French Délégation Générale pour l'Armement (DGA). From 2004 to 2009, I have been collaborating regularly with the Machine Learning department of NEC Labs of America in Princeton, USA.
Awards & Fellowships:
2011 - Best French Ph.D in Artificial Intelligence awarded by the AFIA.
2010 - Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship awarded by the Government of Canada.
2008 - Winner of the PASCAL Large Scale Challenge ("Wild Track").
2007 - Best Student Paper Award at ICML.
2006 - Ph.D Fellowship from the French Délégation Générale pour l'Armement (DGA).
