Since 2014, I am a staff research scientist at Facebook, working in the Artifical Intelligence research group headed by Yann LeCun. To Join Facebook, I took a sabbatical from CNRS, where I was a CNRS research fellow in the Heudiasyc laboratory of Université de Technologie de Compiègne. In 2010, I was a postdoctoral fellow of the LISA Laboratory of Université de Montréal. I got my PhD in Machine Learning from Université Pierre & Marie Curie in early 2010. My thesis was prepared in the DAPA department of the Computer Science Laboratory (LIP6) of Université Pierre & Marie Curie in Paris and funded by the French Délégation Générale pour l'Armement (DGA). From 2004 to 2009, I have been collaborating regularly with the Machine Learning department of NEC Labs of America in Princeton, USA. I am also an engineer from the Ecole Supérieure de Physique et Chimie Industrielles (ESPCI ParisTech). Most of my current research at CNRS was conducted within the EVEREST project.
