-Pedro Castillo was born in Morelos, Mexico, on January 8, 1975. He received his B.S degree in Electro-mechanic Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Zacatepec, Morelos, Mexico, in 1997, the M. Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Centro de Investigación y de Estudios Avanzados (CINVESTAV), Mexico, in 2000, and the Ph. D. degree in Automatic Control from the University of Technology of Compiègne, France, in 2004. +Pedro Castillo was born in Morelos, Mexico.
