Mohamed Ali Zormati is a Computer Networks and Telecommunications Engineer who graduated from the National Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (INSAT) in Tunisia in September 2023. Since December 2024, he has been pursuing a PhD at the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC) in France, as a member of the Heudiasyc Laboratory (UMR UTC-CNRS 7253).

His research focuses on intelligent networks, network softwarization, and the Internet of Things (IoT), with several publications in this area.

In addition to his academic achievements, Mohamed Ali has been an active volunteer in the IEEE since 2019. He currently holds several leadership roles, including:

• Vice Chair for Technical Activities, IEEE Tunisia Section
• Chair of the Inter-Section Relations Committee, IEEE Africa Council
• Student Professional and Educational Activities Coordinator, IEEE Region 8 (Europe, Middle East, and Africa)
