Dr. Noureddine Mouhoub is an Associate Professor at the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC) and the Heudiasyc Laboratory (UMR CNRS 7253) since September 2025. He is affiliated with the Department of Computer Engineering (GI) and is a member of the Safety, Communication, and Optimization (SCOP) research team.
He received his PhD in Computer Science in December 2023 from the University of Bordeaux and the LaBRI laboratory (UMR CNRS 5800), focusing on routing algorithms for multilayer networks. He then served as a temporary teaching and research fellow at Bordeaux Institute of Technology (Bordeaux INP) and LaBRI in 2024.
His research focuses on modeling, optimization, algorithms, and complexity applied to future networks, with a particular interest in interoperability in heterogeneous networks, routing and quality of service, distributed protocols, and multilayer network topologies, including random graph generation and function placement.
