Diagnosis oriented modelling of embedded architecture, Financed by project Diafore French ANR. Co-modelling of diagnosability model (in Petri network) and hardware architecture (in AADL/VHDL) in order to analyze and prove that a given distributed architecture supports the functional diagnosability model.
Manel is currently associate professor at Ecole Centrale de Lille engineering school.

Distributed embedded architecture: applications to vehicle networks, financed by a regional project. Co-supervised with B. Ducourthial. Study and development of an embedded platform for Vehicle to Vehicle communication, demonstrating adapted communication protocols to V2V context.
Yacine is currently Principal research engineer with ITRON.
Mr. Khaled Chaaban (2003-2006)
Embedded Architecture for advanced driving aid systems (ADAS), financed by European project Roadsense. Co-supervised with P. Crubillé. Development of an embedded distributed platform, demonstrating adaptive scheduling techniques, to compute driver behavior parameters, included in the ADAS activation loop.
Khaled is currently professor at Umm Al Kura University.
Mr. Sébastien Favard (1998-2002)
Adequation of operator granularity to harware granularity, application to reconfigurable computing architecture based on FPGA, Research Ministry Scholarship. We set up new optimization techniques for the implementation of hardwired multipliers of variables with constants used in signal and image processing, achieving 30% decrease in multiplier and adder usual sizes.

Architecture generation for reconfigurable computing platform, government Scholarship (BGF). We set up a programming environment that generates an architecture model (structural VHDL) from an image processing high level modelling language (Apply), to be implemented on FPGA.
Djamel is currently senior embedded and real-time systems engineer with Ekinops.
