I received my Bachelor degree in Mathematics from the VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS), Vietnam (2013) and Master degree in Knowledge Science from the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), Japan (2015).
From 2015-2018, I pursued my PhD studies at the University of Technology of Compiegne (UTC), France, working on classification and active learning. My thesis (Imprecision in machine learning problems) was done under the supervision of Sébastien Destercke and Mylène Masson.
From 2018-2020, I was a postdoc at the Paderborn University (UPB), Germany, where I worked on multi-label classification and ensemble learning. From 2020-2022, I was a postdoc at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), The Netherlands, where I worked on probabilistic graphical models, multi-dimensional classification, and multimodal learning.
Since December 2022, I am a Junior Professor (Chaire de Professeur Junior) in Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence in the Heudiasyc research unit. My current advisor is Thierry Denoeux.
