Multimodal Architecture for Telematic Environment

Objectives

The main aim of the e-mate project is to design and develop a software architecture to support multimodal distributions of telematic services. e-mate stands for multimodal architecture for telematic environment and it is principally designed to design electronic commerce applications and geografical services.

e-MATE is a software architecture conceived and developed at CRS4 (Center for Advanced Studies, Research and Development in Sardinia), aimed to support the development and the deployment of mobile, personalized and location aware services. It defines a model of service and provides a framework that facilitates the development of new services available through multiple channels and position-aware.
